Located on the Trent River waterfront in New Bern's Downtown Historic District, this facility is a key factor in the tourism industry that is integral to Craven County’s economic development.

The center contains a 12,000 square foot ballroom capable of seating 1,000 people for a banquet, or up to 1,350 in theatre-style seating. Also included are three large meeting rooms, a boardroom, full kitchen facilities, administrative areas, a business center and ample loading dock and support/ service spaces. The second floor meeting rooms are configured to operate as adjunct facilities to the ballroom or separately as a conference center for 250-300 guests.

The facility is also designed to accommodate 100 display booths. State-of-the-art data and telephone connections are available at any point within the
public spaces.

A unique feature, the expansive veranda overlooks the Trent River. This area is used for casual breaks and will accommodate 320 banquet guests.
