New Construction

This project is a satellite station that will serve a large residential area recently annexed into the City of New Bern. The building houses two fire trucks and contains offices, a day room, a kitchen / dining area, three dormitory rooms, and support spaces.

The building organizes into three zones; administrative, apparatus and dormitory. The design allows any zone to be expanded so that building can grow to fit needs that change over time.

The building incorporates pre-engineered steel structural components to help address budgetary limitations.
